Lights and Sirens: Fleeing man caught

TUESDAY

ARRESTS

A 22-year-old woman was arrested at her residence on a Crawford County warrant and charges of child endangering. She is being held at the Crawford County Justice center, and Children Services assisted. 9:01 a.m.

INCIDENTS

An East Charles Street resident reported an attempted break-in to her home. Officers are investigating. 10:06 a.m.

Officers investigated a break-in in the 900 block of South East Street. 10:29 a.m.

A West Irving Street resident reported a rear license plate stolen sometime in the past week. 11:12 a.m.

Officers assisted an injured bicyclist in the area of Southern and Marion Road. 3:29 p.m.

A juvenile girl reported being assaulted by someone she knows. 3:54 p.m.

Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash in the area of North Sandusky Avenue and Mary Street. Both vehicles had moderate damage, a tow truck assisted and a citation was issued. 4:08 p.m.

A Blicke Street resident reported jewelry stolen from her residence by someone she knows. 4:35 p.m.

Officers responded along with EMS personnel for a possible overdose in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street. 6:19 p.m.

A verbal domestic disturbance in the 1000 block of Tiffin Street was investigated. 7:01 p.m.

Norfolk Southern Railroad reported a child on a bicycle crossing the tracks repeatedly in front of the train and making rude gestures in the 700 block of East Rensselaer Street. 7:30 p.m.

A window broken out of the Toledo & Ohio Railroad museum on East Rensselaer Street was investigated. 7:37 p.m.

A one-vehicle crash in the 600 block of East Southern Avenue was investigated. 7:47 p.m.

A report of a suspicious vehicle in the Arby’s parking lot was investigated. 8:52 p.m.

A Bucyrus Plaza resident reported a window broken at her apartment. 11:51 p.m.

WEDNESDAY

ARRESTS

Officers went to the area of East Southern Avenue and Prospect Street for a disturbance involving four men. A person fled on a motorcycle north on Prospect Street to Warren and Whetstone streets and Wayne Avenue, crashing the bike on the golf course maintenance lane. The person was caught after a foot chase on the golf course. A 34-year-old man was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County and on suspicion of fleeing and eluding, failure to comply, driving under suspension and possession of drug abuse instruments. More charges are pending. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a court appearance. 12:45 a.m.

Officers responded to the 800 block of Cleland Avenue for a disturbance. An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of rape, disorderly conduct and criminal damaging. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center. 3:06 a.m.

INCIDENTS

A report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of East Mansfield Street and Penn Avenue was investigated. 1:44 a.m.

Officers assisted a resident with a bat in their home in the 400 block of West Warren Street. 2:33 a.m.
