Police: Teen missing for nearly a month

Marion Star staff report

MARION – A 16-year-old boy has been missing for nearly a month, and local police are asking for help.

Samuel Blake Music has been away from home since Feb. 10, according to the Marion Police Department. Officials do not believe the teenager is in danger but his family hopes he will be found soon.

Arlen Pack, Music’s uncle, said he heard the teen was last seen near Girard Avenue on Thursday, but has not been in contact with his guardians or law enforcement.

“We just want him to come home,” Pack said. “Call us and we’ll pick you up.”

Police said Music is between 5 feet, 5 inches and 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs about 125 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Police have worked several leads in trying to find Music and ask anyone with information about the teen’s whereabouts to call the police department at 740-387-2525. Calls may be made anonymously to the TIPS Line at 740-375-8477.
