Harry Smith's family increases reward for information

CHILLICOTHE – The family of Chillicothe man Harry Smith is increasing the reward money for information leading to an arrest in his 2011 slaying, which remains unresolved.

The Smith family is increasing the reward with an additional $3,250 though multiple fundraisers and the Benefit for Harry W. Smith Fund in addition to a $5,000 reward.

The Ohio Fire Marshal's Office also is offering a reward of $5,000, making the total reward $13,250.

The Smith family encourages anyone with information concerning Smith's killing to contact the Ohio Attorney General's Office's Bureau of Criminal Investigation at 855-224-6446.
