Sunset an outgoing, friendly pit bull mix

Sunset has a personality beautiful enough to match her name. This adorable pit bull mix is about 2 years old and was abandoned at Licking County Humane Society by her owners.

Sunset has the most outgoing and happy personality. She absolutely loves everyone she meets and greets the world with enthusiasm. When she goes out for walks, she can typically be seen bouncing along with her tail wagging and a big smile on her face.

Toys and treats are high on her list of favorite things. Sunset still needs some work on her basic manners, but she is so happy and eager to please that she will surely learn quickly. If you are interested in a forever friend who will always make you smile, come meet Sunset today.

Part of Sunset's adoption fee has been paid in the hope she will find her forever home soon.

Canine adoption fees are $165. The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, heartworm test, first set of vaccinations including rabies, microchip, deworming, 30 days Shelter Care insurance and a starter bag of food. Puppies younger than 4 months of age have an adoption fee of $195. Unaltered canines require an additional $50 deposit, which will be refunded after they are taken to their spay/neuter appointment.

Be a permanent part of the new shelter by donating a commemorative brick, tile, walking path memorial or bench to remember a loved one or a cherished pet.
