Police beat: It’s cold, but someone stole ice cream

THEFTS

The Circle K on North Main Street reported theft of two Drumstick ice cream cones and a Snickers ice cream bar.

A woman reported Oxycodone pills and $200 cash stolen in the 900 block of North State Street.

THEFTS

A man reported a 1999 Chevrolet pickup truck stolen in the 200 block of South Prospect Street.

A man reported Xanax pills, an Xbox 360, a flatscreen television, a personal safe and $500 cash stolen in the 500 block of North State Street.

A man reported antibiotics, two flip phones, a hair straightener, a harmonica, a knife and jewelry box stolen in the 600 block of Wood Street.

ARRESTS

Ronald Ray Davis was arrested on felony charges of rape and sexual battery.

A woman was arrested in the 200 block of South Greenwood Street on a probation violation.

A man was arrested at the intersection of Henry Street and Woodrow Avenue on a warrant for failure to appear.

A juvenile was arrested in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue on a probation violation and charges of theft and criminal trespass.

A man was arrested in the 500 block of North Main Street on a warrant for failure to appear.

A woman was arrested in the 200 block of Senate Street on a warrant for failure to appear.

A woman was served a warrant for failure to appear at the Morrow County Jail.
