Columbus man faces 4-count drug indictment

MARION – A man faces multiple drug counts after he was indicted by the Marion County grand jury.

Ian L. Conley, 43, last known address Columbus, was among 20 people named in the latest round of indictments, according to the Marion County prosecutor’s office.

Conley was indicted on single counts of possession of cocaine, a first-degree felony; possession of heroin, a second-degree felony; and trafficking in cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; and two counts of trafficking in heroin, both fifth-degree felonies.

The counts stem from an April 20 incident in which he allegedly had more than 10 grams or 100 unit doses of heroin, 27 grams or more of cocaine, and sold or offered to sell each substance, the indictment states.

Roshaun L. Keese, 26, 465 St. Gallen Ave., was indicted on one count of aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony; one count of violating a protection order, a fifth-degree felony; and two counts of assault, both first-degree misdemeanors.

Cesjar J. Henson, 36, 787 N. State St., faces one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and two counts of abduction, both third-degree felonies.

Caleb M. Patterson, 34, 401 Milburn Ave., was indicted on single counts of burglary, a second-degree felony, and theft of firearms, a third-degree felony.

William A. McDuffie, 31, 376 N. Greenwood St., was indicted on one count of possession of heroin, a second-degree felony, and one count of possession of cocaine, a third-degree felony.

Thomas J. Hannen, 21, 404 1/2 Oak St., faces two counts of endangering children, both third-degree felonies.

Kerwin L. McKinney, 42, Barboursville, West Virginia, was indicted on single counts of having weapons under disability, a third-degree felony; carrying concealed weapons, a fourth-degree felony; improperly transporting and handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, and identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony.

Brian M. Gibson, 26, 702 S. Prospect St., faces single counts of illegal conveyance of a drug of abuse into a detention facility, a third-degree felony, and possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

Dusty G. Brugler, 28, 496 E. Fairground St., was indicted on one count of domestic violence, a third-degree felony.

Tony E. Sabin Jr., 21, Ashland, was indicted on eight counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, all fourth-degree felonies.

Bonnie J. McMurray, 55, 968 Olive Ave., was indicted on single counts of theft, a fourth-degree felony, and possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

Travis C. March, 32, 281 N. Prospect St., Apt. F, was indicted on one count of trespassing in a habitation, a fourth-degree felony.

Ricky E. Reed, 49, 594 E. George St., faces one count of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.

Michael J. Frazier, 40, 5090 Benzler Road, was indicted on one count of theft, a fourth-degree felony.

Daniel S. Mask, 45, Lansing, Michigan, was indicted on single counts of trafficking in heroin and possession of cocaine, both fifth-degree felonies. The indictment includes a specification seeking forfeiture of $986 cash.

Jay A. Workman, 26, and Jennifer M. Whitehead, 27, both of Kenton, were jointly indicted on single counts of identity fraud and forgery, both fifth-degree felonies.

William R. Jackson, 27, 641 Oak St., faces one count of trafficking in cocaine and one count of trafficking in heroin, both fifth-degree felonies.

Ashley N. Galyk, 20, 442 1/2 W. Columbia St., was indicted on one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Shannon D. Gary, 44, Upper Sandusky, was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.
