Five sentenced in common pleas court

COSHOCTON – Five individuals were sentenced recently in Coshocton County Common Pleas Court.

•Justin M. McKnight, 33, 169 Park Ave., received three years community control sanctions, 180 days in the Coshocton Justice Center and ordered to pay $1,000.95 in restitution for theft, a fifth-degree felony, and theft of a firearm, a third-degree felony.

•Stephanie L. Duffy, 36, 123 S. 11th St., received three years community control sanctions and ordered to pay $610 in restitution for counts of trafficking in hydrocodone, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of trafficking in methamphetamine, a third-degree felony.

•Jeremy C. Andrews, 33, no listed address, received 16 months in prison on a probation revocation relating to trafficking in prescription drugs, a fourth-degree felony.

•William M. George, 39, 132 Walnut St., received 8 months in prison and ordered to pay $11,471.29 in restitution for non-support of dependents, a fifth-degree felony. He had a prior felony conviction for non-support.

•Matthew F. Holmes, 20, 313 N. Second St., received 17 months in prison each on four counts of trafficking in cocaine, fourth-degree felonies, to be served concurrently.
