• A 47-year-old Fremont woman was charged with two misdemeanor count of theft.

• 11:06 p.m., a caller said a vehicle was on fire. The fire was extinguished before officers arrived, Oak Harbor Road and U.S. 20.

THEFT

• 3:33 p.m., a caller said two bicycles were stolen from their home, 700 block South Buchanan Street.

MAN WITH A GUN

• 2:16 a.m., a caller said a man threatened he had a gun during a disturbance at Birchard Park. The subject ran away from the park and was not found, Birchard Avenue.
