Kelleys Island group dedicates historical marker

KELLEYS ISLAND – The Kelleys Island Historical Association will dedicate the iIsland’s first historic plaque. The dedication will be held during the association’s annual meeting on Aug. 8 at 2 p.m. at German Reformed Church.

The William G. Pomeroy Foundation grant funded the marker at the German Reformed Church, built in 1866 from island stone and the related parsonage, built in 1888.
