Chase suspect pleads guilty in Muskingum County court

ZANESVILLE – A Cincinnati man who is accused of fleeing from an Ohio State Patrol officer at 120 miles per hour pleaded guilty to one count failure to apply with the signal or order of a police officer.
Christopher J. Humler, 32, was indicted on the third-degree felony on Jan. 21, court records show. The indictment accused him of fleeing from an officer after he received a clear signal to stop on Dec. 10. The chase went into Licking County.
He has been an inmate at the Muskingum County Jail since January on a $100,000 bond.
A sentencing date has not yet been scheduled.
