Rowdy lives up to name

Rowdy is a puppy born in February and was surrender by his owner. He needs training time to play and exercise and, most importantly, love.

Adoption fee is $50. The Coshocton County Animal Shelter, 21755 Township Road 164, is open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday.
